Using the Career Conversation Guide
Access your Career Conversation Guide by visiting your TalentPrint profile.
The Guide can be found under "Pending/Action Requests" and will be clearly labelled.
Print the report (Recommended)
or download it to PDF.
DISCUSS
Speak to your line manager and book time to sit with them for a conversation.
Make notes on your printed report during your discussion.
Discuss possible development actions, target dates for each and whether any resources are required.

PLAN
After your discussion, go back to your TalentPrint Profile.
You'll see a new menu item in your profile at the top "PLAN"
Visit the planner where you'll be able to capture a record of the discussion, as well as enter any development actions you selected during the conversation.
