Useful Resources

TalentPrint uses 18 characteristics, with 60 underlying attributes to identify your strengths.

You, and others, identify the top 6 characteristics as strengths, and then the next best 6 characteristics.

When you compare your strengths to various situations and challenges, you will be asked some questions that will more accurately identify which attributes to develop.

This documents provides you with the definitions of the 18 characteristics and their underlying attributes.

This information is available in TalentPrint when you hover over the characteristics to complete the assessment.

This report is available to all employees who have completed their self assessment, and received at least two endorsements from colleagues.

This report collates the feedback from others, and categorises your strengths from best to least.

Remember, that something that 'least' describes you is not 'bad', it just means there are other characteristics that describe you better.

You can use this report to explore your 'Hidden Strengths'. These are attributes that other people believe you are stronger at, than how you see yourself. The report also identifies 'blind spots', or attributes you believe to be strengths, that others may not perceive in the same way.

This is the real value of getting feedback from other people. The more accurately you understand your own strengths and areas for development, the better you can utilise them to achieve maximum impact.

What am I good at? What do I need to be good at? How do I develop?

Line Manager Forecast

The new line manager forecast is an opportunity for you as the manager to update specific information about your direct reports. You will need to capture your perception of their growth potential, and the impact of that individual leaving the business. The questions both use a 'Low / Medium / High' scale for you to capture your answer. If the individual should be considered as a successor for any role, you can then use this forecast form to nominate them. Watch the video below to see how this process works.

*Note: We will let you know via email in the coming weeks, when this form is available in your profile.
