Talentprint uses the PeopleTree behavioural framework that you may be familiar with, from using the PeopleTree Talent Manager 360 assessment. Both Talentprint and the Talent Manager 360 assessment share the same framework and methodology, but the assessment in Talentprint uses clusters of the 60 competencies to create a process that is simple to understand and easy to use for employees at all levels within Massmart.
